1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SchreibJoy's website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the service lawfully and not for any fraudulent purposes
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on SchreibJoy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of SchreibJoy or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Product Information

While we strive for accuracy, SchreibJoy does not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate, reliable, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

SchreibJoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
• Any third party conduct on the service
• Any products purchased through the service

6. Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service for a Return Authorization
2. Ship the item to the provided address with the RA number
3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Berlin, Germany and be conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications to Terms

SchreibJoy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
